All orders are processed from our studio in London.

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 5 business days.

One-of-a-kind orders are processed within 10 business days due to their handmade nature.

Standard shipping for orders above £300 is FREE worldwide.

We provide standard and express shipping for all orders. The time frame and costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Any other delays in processing your order will be informed to you in advance.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at delivery, except for any local import/other duties payable by the consignee in case of international deliveries. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or sales), delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
